Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
Yesterday my mum and me made her pineapple upside down cake. She made two of the cakes one for my dad to take to work and one for us to have at home. The one that was supposed to be for home ended up looking better so we gave my dads work that one. The reason why it is called pineapple upside down cake is because you have to put the pineapples in the bottom and when it is out of the oven you flip it over and turn it upside down it is a pineapple upside down cake. here is the recipe of how to make it
